1. Asparagus – Memberi air kencing bau yang kuat yang menunjukkan ia membuang asid urik yang banyak.Kukus asparagus selama 3 minit.
2. Anggur hitam – Tekanan darah akan turun dan air kencing bebas dari albumin.
3. Tembikai – Kunyah dengan agak lama.
4. Timun – Mentah atau jus,boleh dicampur dengan jus karot,2 pain sehari diminum.
5. Air bali,kacang soya dan kobis.
Makanan Yang Perlu Dielakkan.
Garam,makanan awet,sos soya,kopi,teh,tomato,bayam masak,lada sulah dan alkohol.
Jenis-Jenis Herba Yang Disyorkan.
Herbal MIX,herbal YANG/YIN,herbal WIND,herbal FLUID,herbal CHOLES.
